Refund policy

Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the candle must not have been burnt and must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@stoneandwick.comwith your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
