Shipping Policy for Stone & Wick Candle Company

Domestic Shipping Only: Stone & Wick Candle Company ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and package weight. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the candle must not have been burnt and must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@stoneandwick.comwith your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us at info@stoneandwick.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Include in your email: a description of the damage, your order number, and a photo of the damaged product.
- We will respond promptly with further instructions to resolve the issue.
